“As a child I was always fascinated by the natural world. I learned the fundamentals of photography from my dad, back when cameras were boxy things and flash was bulbs. Over the years I learned more about the craft and got better gear, and came to love the times when I could head into nature and make pictures, thus combining two of my favorite things.”
